Shipping & Returns

We will mail your order using Canada Post (regular mail) within 4 business days of receiving the order and will email you when it's shipped. If you need your package quickly, please contact us using the form below to make arrangements. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Shipping and handling costs

All prices are in Canadian dollars as a flat rate per order.

Within Canada:
Atlantic Canada (NL, NS, NB, PEI): $10.00
Ontario & Quebec: $12.00
Rest of Canada: $15.00

To the U.S.: $20.00 

International orders:
Please send your order using the contact form below to receive a shipping cost.

Delivery times

Within Canada:

• Your package will usually arrive within 10 business days.
• We will mail by regular post. If you prefer to be able to track your parcel, please contact us using the form below.

To the U.S.:

• Your package may take longer than 10 business days to arrive.
• Please allow for possible delays by U.S. Customs.
• We will mail Expedited Parcel with a tracking number and $100 insurance included. If you need more insurance, please contact us using the form below.

Customs requirements

All mail is subject to the Customs regulations of the destination country. As the seller, we will not charge you additional fees for completing any postal declarations required. As the customer, you are responsible for any duties that may be charged by your country of residence.

Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt, at your expense. Please notify us that you will be returning your purchase.

We will refund the purchase price, including taxes, less the original shipping expense, through PayPal. Please return the item in new condition with original tags and packaging.
