Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We will send off your order by mail within 4 business days of receiving it and will email you when it's shipped. If you need your package quickly, please e-mail us to make arrangements. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Shipping and handling costs

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Within Canada:
$49 and under (before taxes)-- $10
over $49 (before taxes) -- FREE

To the U.S:
$49 and under -- $10
over $49 -- FREE

International orders:
If shipping charges for your order are more than $20, we will contact you by e-mail with the actual price before processing your order.

Delivery times

Within Canada:
We will mail your order using Canada Post, which usually arrives within 10 business days.

To the U.S.:
We will airmail your order using Canada Post, which can take longer than 10 business days. Please allow for possible delays by U.S. Customs.

Customs requirements:
All mail is subject to the Customs regulations of the destination country. As the seller, we will not charge you additional fees for completing any postal declarations required. As the customer, you are responsible for any duties that may be charged by your country of residence.

Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt, at your expense. Please notify us by e-mail that you will be returning your purchase.

We will refund the purchase price, including taxes, less the original shipping expense, through PayPal. Please return the item in new condition with original tags and packaging.
